Richard Martin is a qualified RYA Advanced Power Boat Instructor who works on a freelance basis for many of the Sea Schools in and around Chichester Harbour and the Solent. 
Having owned and run his own Training Centre, Richard has completed well over a 1000 hours of instruction.  He has a very relaxed attitude with all his candidates and shows great patience to all under his tuition.
